foam rollers
lacrosse ball to improve flexibility for the hip
tricep stretch / shoulder stretch/ before doing squats

front squats (fingers barely on the bar)

KEEP YOUR ELBOWS UP!
Thruster/ Clean and Jerk – this is differnt than a PRESS…

this is like a wall ball
You use the momentum generated from your legs and hips to HOIST THE BAR UP over your head…

you are NOT using your arms to hoist the bar over your head…
